Community Services

Cross Creek is committed to maintaining a safe, well-kept, and organized community for all residents. Below you’ll find important information regarding maintenance, parking, pets, safety, recycling, and trash services.

Maintenance

Cross Creek employs full-time staff to maintain the common elements and buildings throughout the community. Landscaping services are professionally maintained to ensure our grounds remain beautiful year-round. For maintenance requests or concerns related to common areas, please contact the Management Office. Emergency service is available after hours for Association-related matters.

Parking

Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Parking on lawns, landscaping, roadways, blocking hydrants, sidewalks, stairs, or adjacent vehicles is prohibited. Covered parking spaces are assigned. Uncovered spaces are first-come, first-served, with certain areas limited to one vehicle per unit. Each household may utilize up to two total spaces, including their covered space. Overnight parking in recreation and overflow areas is prohibited. Any exceptions require written approval from the Management Office.

Pets

All pets must be registered with the Management Office. Pet owners are responsible for the care, behavior, and supervision of their animals at all times. Pets must be on a hand-held leash outside of the unit and may not run at large. Owners must clean up pet waste immediately using designated stations throughout the property. Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or violations of community standards may result in fines or required removal. Service animals must comply with applicable regulations.

Reporting Issues & Emergencies

For emergencies involving life or safety, call 911. For urgent matters during office hours, contact the Management Office at (404) 351-7600. The Gate House is staffed 24/7 and can be reached at (404) 351-2266. For urgent after-hours Association matters, call (404) 351-7600 and follow the prompts for emergency assistance. Non-urgent requests, work orders, or feedback may be submitted through the Resident Portal.

Trash & Recycling

Trash bins are located behind each building. Trash collection occurs twice weekly. All trash must be placed inside designated bins — not on the curb or on top of containers. Overflow trash may be placed in the dumpster at the top of Acacia.

The recycling center is located at the end of Acacia. Clean plastic and aluminum/metal containers may be placed in the rolling bins. Broken-down cardboard, loose paper, and paper products belong in the designated cardboard dumpster. Glass recycling is not currently available and should be disposed of with household trash. Cardboard must be broken down before disposal. Improper use of recycling bins may result in program changes.
