Residents and guests can enjoy an 18-hole par-three golf course, 4 pickleball courts, 3 swimming pools, a fitness center, and tennis facilities—all within the community. Additional conveniences include 12 electric vehicle charging stations, 51 rentable storage units, and 24-hour gate attendants to facilitate guest entry.
Pools & Clubhouses
Cross Creek offers 3 swimming pools located throughout the property, including the main clubhouse pool and two satellite pools at Adrian Place and LaRue Place. The pools feature a saline/chlorine hybrid system, with the main pool open to neighborhood users and the satellite pools offering more private, convenient access for residents.
Pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are designed for relaxation, recreation, and social gatherings, with nearby clubhouse access enhancing the overall experience.
Poolhouses at Adrian and LaRue may be reserved by residents for private events. For reservations, please contact the management office or check availability through the amenity calendar in the Resident Portal.

Cross Creek features an 18-hole par-three golf course designed for players of all skill levels, offering a convenient and accessible way to enjoy the game within the community. Gently rolling terrain, ponds, and wooded surroundings create an approachable and enjoyable playing experience. Residents receive preferred rates on greens fees and memberships.
The course is complemented by an on-site pro shop offering golf merchandise, snacks, and refreshments for residents and guests. Instructional kids programs are also available on-site through Aussie Kids Golf, which provides lessons and youth-focused training.

Cross Creek Café offers casual dining in a scenic setting overlooking the golf course and pond. Guests enjoy lunch and dinner in a relaxed atmosphere with both indoor and covered deck seating. Private dining and banquet options are available for special events and gatherings.

Tennis Courts
The community offers tennis facilities along with 4 dedicated tennis and pickleball courts, providing residents with opportunities for both casual play and organized matches. Courts are open year-round and may be reserved for exclusive use through ReserveMyCourt.
Laundry Room
A community laundry facility is available for residents who do not have in-unit washer and dryer connections – for a fee. The laundry room is conveniently located on property and accessible during designated hours.

Guest Suite
Cross Creek offers a private guest suite available for short-term stays by residents’ visitors. The suite provides a convenient lodging option within the community, subject to availability and reservation policies. Reservations must be made through Resident Portal and are available on first-come basis. Please check availability in the amenity calendar in the Resident Portal.
