Residents are required to register with the management office.  Owners should bring a copy of the settlement statement to the office; renters will need to provide a fully signed lease.  Once registered, residents may purchase gate entry stickers for their vehicles and may purchase amenity access devices (# allowed per unit).

Move-ins are allowed 7 days per week.  Moving trucks, car trailers and vans may not be left on the property overnight.  Moving boxes must be broken down and disposed of at the Recycling area on the property.  $100 move-in and $100 move-out fee per move.

** Trucks with more than 2 axles are not allowed on the property.  No tractor-trailers.

All new residents must complete a resident registration packet prior to moving into the community.
